Our policy is to ship your item within 24-48 hours after receiving your payment. Please keep in mind that items sent from USA to Canada or other countries may be held up by customs and require additional time to arrive (in some Cases Up to 6 weeks).

Also there May be times when unforeseen Circumstances happen and items are not able to ship within the 1-2 days we strive for. If this should happen we will alert you immediately that there will be a delay in shipping.
Feel free to contact us on the status of your order and we will do everything that we can to help. Sometimes items you order may be out of stock (sometimes its our fault & sometimes the website doesn't update the quantity of the item correctly) , if this should arise we will fill your order as best and as soon possible. If we can't we will issue an immediate Refund.
